This company put an unauthorized charge of 13.95 including tax on my Verizon home phone bill. I called the number listed for them 1-800-837-4966, and spoke to a representative. They told me they were removing the charge, and gave me a confirmation number. They also said they would contact Verizon about removing the charge. I did not trust them, as they had alresdy issued a false charge, so I contacted Verizon myself, had charge removed, and block installed. They not only scammed the charge, they tried to use a family members name as one whom possibly authorized them to charge my account. Bad deal. Beware!!!
