was offered face cream (hydroxatone) by Radialabs to try, just for cost of postage/shipping. I cancelled the order on 7th July and was told it had already been sent and i'd have to cancel it once i received it. received it on 1st August, it had been posted on 28th july! my bank account was then debited for nearly £50.
