applied for free sample with post packaging to pay of 2.95,sent jar back as i didn,t want to use the product any further ,this was the agreement,if you did not require any more products , no more money would be taken from the account you paid the postage with,however they have gone and taken one payment of 79.99,and then another one of 74 95 pounds,but haven,t even sent any products, not as if i wanted it ,the product gave me a rash,the jars were full when i returned them ! total scam, this happened on 13/02/2012 .please help stop these things happening ,luckily for me they took it from a credit card which was ensured, so hope fully i will get a full refund.
