I answered a craigslist add for an apartment for rent. $650.00 a month, 933 square feet, fully furnished. The guy said that his name was Nick and that he had a business opportunity in London England and had to move his family, but wanted to keep his condo. All he needed was for someone to live there and look after it. For $650 a month it sounded great, ya too great!
