This is a rip off and false advertising. The so called local number given has not reduced the price at all. After repeaded calls form the number that set this up, no one ever returned my call. After e-mails, I was told I do have a local number given to me but the state could have changed the laws and they have a set price. Fine, then return my money. This company needs to be investigated and refund all of the "stolen" funds to the innocent folks who bought into this scam.
