I try to make a loan and fill in the form thru internet and in tha agreement they will deduct 68.75£ as a processing fee after i have my loan but when I check my money from the bank they already get it without my consent i try to contact them several times cause on my bank statement they provide a contact no.08449798500 but nobody answer my call I been on the bank and they said that just keep trying to call them.All i want is to have my loan to sort out some of my problems but instead of getting help from them they just make the situation worse,hope that you can help me to have my money back.
