Scammed for $303.10. Contacted them by phone on 21/02/12 on phone number 08081683684 or 5. Ask to speak to a supervisor and be firm about it, spoke to Monica who after threats (polite) agreed to cancel my account, then wait for email and keep a record. The returns address is PO Box 13583, Lithgow, EH497AP. Was told when the goods are returned they will credit your account minus all postage.
Points to remember.
make that phone call first.
Demand a refund on return of goods.
Retain email account cancellation.
Return goods but make sure that they have to be signed for.
Hopefully await refund back into your Bank account.
I would assume that you have been in touch with your Bank already.
As this is a legal scam, I have been advised that they will return your monies. Good Luck -
