I do apologise for not including my name on the ad which is for security purpose as a result of the numerous scam being practised on craigslist. I am Rick Popiolek, the owner of the house, married to my lovely wife for 7 years now.

The house in question has been up for sale because, we hardly had the chance to settle in the States due to the nature of my job but presently, we have decided to put it on rent for $650 per month reason because i have been officially transferred. My family and I are now based in Africa, Nigeria to be precise and I am working with the CAMFED in colaboration with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN). Looking from the pictures i posted, you would see how beautiful it is and i am certainly sure you will love the inside when you finally get in there. Do endeavour to drive by at your convenience as to see it physically as i was unable to drop the keys. Reason for this is because, i wasn't really familiar with my neighbours living around due to the nature of my job. It has a dramatic entry foyer with ceramic floor. Utilities include Water, Trash, Sewer and Gas.
