I ordered form Creamcareskin.com in February and they sent me some cream (which is useless by the way!!!). They have now taken a further £155 from my account in March but I have not received anything from them. I want my money back now . How do I do it

- i got throuh to the company yesterday i have 4 emails t his morning 2 apparently saying i will have a refund in 3 to 7 days not sure if this is true will let you know the phone number i used is 08081683685 good luck
