Dotted Line Media: Alerts - Words for thought charged my sprint account $9.99 after sending me two text messages. I replied stop as soon as I read the texts and they said that I would no longer receive any more text alerts. Later I received more texts. These contained a pin number. I ignored them thinking they were delayed or that they were sent to me before I unsubscribed. As soon as I found the charge on my bill I called the number that was in the text message and they said that they will not refund my money because I went online and completed the subscription using the pin they gave me. I NEVER DID THAT! I am going to call Sprint in a day or two to see if they can help. I heard that you can have all of these text services blocked. Not just the ones that have already ripped you off. I can't believe that people are actually getting away with having such unethical businesses in America. How do they get away with not refunding the money. It's like they just reached into my account and took the money. They said they were going too and I said no, (stop). And they did it anyway. And they won't give it back. And that is a legit business?!
