I took out what I thought was 1 time $200 payday loan in Dec. 2011 to be paid off in 30 days. That however wasn't the case. Since December, this company has been automatically debiting $79.00 a month from my checking acct. I sent them 3 emails in past week demanding they provide a number I can reach a rep at to get this account closed and they haven't responded to any of my messages. I also tried to access their help line, but when inputting my name under user name, they indicate my user name is invalid. I want to get this account closed immediately and for this company to stop debiting money from my checking account, but this company is unwilling to assist me in resolving this matter.
