Ordered a Mother of the Bride dress (Val Stefani) for 186.00 and paid an additional $25.00 to receive it in 10-15 days. Milanobridal.com website looks very legitimate...advertises many bridal dresses and known brand names for less. I couldn't find any bad reviews for this website. The telephone number associated with the website is 1-315-288-3008. I've called and spoke to "Sophia" and e-mailed "Rain John" the manager (John Rain) only "Sophia" is the only person who responds. I did not get my dress when promised and when I asked about shipping and tracking, I was asked if March 10th would be okay. I agreed even though I paid $25.00 extra to rush (was also charged 222.00 instead of 213.00 due to some "exchange fee". I e-mailed this past Wednesday (March 7th) because I've heard nothing and was told "please don't worry" and was assured I would have it before March 10th. Today I e-mailed Sophia again because I haven't rec'd the dress or shipping info and she was "terribly sorry" and asked when the event day would be?? Needless to say, my worries are coming true. I think I was scammed. I rec'd my cc statement today and "wangwangfirmltdshenzhen" charged me $222.74. Now I'm told they would try to ship it today. I decided to google "wangwangfirmltd" and how after reading the other complaints, I have my doubts that I'll ever see my dress.
