I have a company and we obtained a contract that required us to seek funding. Quest was referred to us through a local broker. Quest required 4% down and the loan was for $22m.
we filled out the paperwork and got approved throught their process and we had no contingencies we were cleared to close. There were milestone that we were suppose to get a prefund amount and the full loan 30 days later.
all dates came and went with no funding. Quest still has my deposit money that they took out of a third party escrow agents account.
I created a blog if you want to read more about Quest. I has been amazing to find so many people that has been scamed by Quest Capital Finance.
