Have not received any card yet but they have taking the funds out. This is now gonna cause all other checks that I have written to be overdrafted. I did not apply for this card, they some how got my phone number. They called me to verify information. This is how they got the information. I did receive a credit card in the mail from a company named netSpend, is this related? This is a prepaid spending card.
