there was this advertisement posted by Kevin Anderson about how he got a free financial aid check for 12,000 from the U.S Government by simply filing out this form to see if you qualify for government grants and if you qualify all you have to pay is a 2.97 processing fee for a grant kit.On 2-1-12 I filled out the form and i supposely qualify for this program.There was no where else stated on the web page that u would be charged anything else.on 2-6-12 I authorized 2.97 to be taken out of my checking account.on that same day they also took 57.61 without my approval.Now let me remind you that I never even recieved this grant kit.I didn't even know that they were trying to take 57.61 out of my account util my account came overdrawn and I went to the bank to see why my checking account was over and they told me that ccbill.com is the one taking my money.well they tried to take 57.61 again on 3-6-12 but i canceled my card so they couldn't keep charging my account.the bank says i need to call ccbillsupport to see if they will refund my 57.61 but they won't.They are scaming people out of there money without telling them about other charges that apply and they steal your money out of your account with out your approval.
