I needed a passport. I went on the internet to find out how and where I could get it. I came across the US immigration Org. It looked very legitimate. It has the logo of the eagle, the statue of liberty, and a very large building. It stated that a kinds of legal things could be obtained through them. I filled out the application and remitted $149 through my bank. When I went to the county clerk office with my application, it was rejected. The clerk told my that it was not acceptable. I had to fill their papers and give the $110 plus 26 processing fee. I thought that the $149 that I sent the US Immigration Org. would cover the fee. It was false advertisement. I wrote to them and requested the $149 and they refused. I sent the the address and phone to the county clerk. So that could verify my claim.

  • Never order anything through the internet, unless it's from a department store that is well known. Too many scams are out there.
