I asked for a design to be created for my students in Cali. I even sent them the design and concept that i was looking for. They sent me something that looked nothing like I had asked. According to their policy I had 30 days to decide and to get my money back. Apparently that was false advertising, because after 3 days they would not refund me the money saying they had already paid their employee. I told them that they needed to honor their advertising, but they just kept side stepping everything and telling me that they were going to send me a new concept. By that time it was too late and I no longer needed it. I must have sent them 4 emails telling them that I just wanted my money back and they just kept sidestepping me I have not been able to get my money back. I am very dissapointed and angry.
