I purchased a car report for 2.95 and a couple days later I had a pending transaction from propertyvaluehouse.com or propertyhousevalue.com and there was no website when i tried to figure out what it was.... A couple days later I checked on it and the transaction was now posted and instead of it being from the propertyvaluehouse.com it was posted from car report with the telephone number 1-888-613-1485 so i called them to see what was it from and they told me i signed up for something that the charges were in the fine print. i never signed up for anything... So i cancled whatever it was they were charging me for and requested a refund... they said they do not give refunds after 3 days or so, i asked to talk to a manager and started yelling and they said they would do it so i got a confromation # for both the canclaetion and the refund and i am now waiting to see what happens... they told me it would be back in my account in 5-7 business days... So today i called them to see where my refund was at and they said that i would recieve an email within 24hrs. stating every thing i needed to know and that my refund would be on my account in 7-10 days. I feel like I am going in a circle with these people and I don't know what else to do?
