I called just to find out more about the product and the sales representative would not let me get a word in. I had to repeatedly stop him and clarify what he said.He kept saying, "I will have you off of the phone in a few seconds", but kept pushing different promotional products for other companies. He kept telling me that I could cancel these offers within a 30 day period if I chose too. I kept telling him I was not interested in anything other than the Retoxor at the time. After seeing all of the complaints on Retoxor, I canceled my order on 3/9/12.
