Hi,
My name is Catherine and I really need your help, My 15 year old son and I was just browsing as I as I am blind he reads my e-mails and helps me us the intranet. I am thermally ill and as all the meds I am on play havock with my skin and as I am only in my 30's want to try and look good even if I am in bed a lot of the time now and the rest I spend housebound in a wheelchair. So he see's this cream and says it's only postage and packing a trial which we jumped at as finances are tight a my partner dose not work as he cares for me and our 3 beautiful boys. It wasn't till I needed to pay foe some new uniform that when Thayer refused my order on line so call the bank only to find that thay had taken 2 separate payments adding up to £130. When spoke to the bank I asked them to stop any more money going to this company but as I haven't got a ref number as they not only never e-mailed me I also never received the product so do not have these details. I am at my wits end and need some way of contacting them as the web site dose not have any contact details I don't know what to do I am really sad about this and worried as thay are going to take more money from my account I just don't know what to do please help!
