I too have been scammed by this company. To date, they have taken £251.90 from me. I have contacted them twice on 0808 168 3684. First time, they confirmed they would cancel my account and I received an email to confirm that they have. However, they have not refunded the money to my bank account (as they promised) to do. So, I've rung them again today and had a heated debate with the person on the other end of the phone. He kept telling me to check my bank account and I would see a refund on 27 February. I refused to listen to him and kept him on the line while I checked my bank account. Eventually, after holding me on the line, he came back to me and said, 'sorry, I've just received new information and I realise your refund hasn't been processed. I've done it for you now and I will send you an e-mail to confirm'. I've now received that e-mail which states I will get my money back within 5-8 working days. So, I will wait and see what happens next. I cannot believe that people want to work for companies like this - they must be dealing with complaints all day. I can't get the first debit back of £125.95 because apparently that is for the two small pots I received, which I thought were samples. Apparently the T&Cs (which I don't remember being asked to accept) state that if I kept the products for 10 days, I would be debited with more money and monthly thereafter. The company is only willing to refund the second debit of £125.95.
