I had ordered 2 products: the African Mango and the Organa Cleanse for a 30 day trial and paid only shipping. A representative here in Australia phoned me a week later to confirm my order.The products took a long time to arrive but when finally arrived and I had taken them for a few days, I found they made me sick and I stopped taking them. I didn't order any more, because the products were not good for me.
When my monthly credit card statement arrived, I saw that I was charged for a total of 8 unauthorised and not ordered products by that company. I did get in touch via phone with the Australian representative and 2 hours of talk and 2 complaint emails resulted in a refund of $172.35. The representative told me that is all they will refund me. Also the ad is misleading, as it isn't making clear that the products come from Great Britain (saw that only on the credit card), which means the postage is higher and also adds foreign exchange charges.
This is fraud and a criminal act and needs to be reported.
