Sent on line for FREE trial of product. After receiving it I read the ONE pamphlet about the product and knew itwas not for me so NEVER opened the Bellabrite package. Saw on my checking account where 78.41 was withdrawn from my account and called Bellabrite to ask why and was told I was to cancell order in 8 days of placing order. When asked if they knew I even received it in 8 days was told my email went out with the order explaining it. I NEVER got email. I was told they do not take orders back! They will cancel order but no REFUND! Spoke with Arme. Asked for her last name and said she couldnt give it out.
