I ordered a free sample on line & was charged £5.95p for this then on looking at my statement i realised they had taken out a further £54.95 p my bank says because i bought it on line & gave them my bank details i cannot have a refund when i contacted the company on 08000124256 they asked me for my order ID number which of course I havent got so no refund for me then
