This company charged our line for a subscription that we never even have heard of .... tmobile took care of the charge. But this is ridiculous. I had to place a block on my phone so that this never happens again. Watch your bills. Usually I just pay it without even looking at the bill. But I noticed it was twenty-two higher than usual. Glad I did.

- I thought everyone would like to know this, I contacted T-Mobile about this very issue, and told them it was charged the day I received my phone. I asked one of the customer reps for Cuponclipr's phone number, as I couldn't pull up anywhere online, and she asked me to hold while she speaks with her manager. She came back about 3 min. later and told me their phone number. I asked her how she has their phone number with no reply... I hate to say this but T-Mobile has their hands in the cookie jar on this one.
