After only requesting one order on the EZ Eyes Keyboard, which included a complementary mouse in the order as well as a second set of mouse and keyboard under the premise that only separate processing would be charged, I was charged for the quantity of TWO keyboards and the shipping fees. After calling the 800 number I was advised to wait 24 hours for them to cancel the order, and the order was not yet cancelled. After calling back I was told to just return the keyboard when you get it. I am not happy with these services, their representative was rude, and they are scamming senior citizens, plus they're working out of a home. Don't buy from these people!
