i bought a flat iron and it work well the first few times then i noticed it would get really hot and the logo started to peel and the plates seemed like they werent holding the hair the way it should so i notice from peeling that it was too hot and i would try to use it again and it wouldnt work right like it wasnt getting hot so then i saw it was cracked and i dont know if its from being too hot i really would like my money back or to replace it
