In late March/early April, 2011, I accepted/ordered a free trial of a whitening home kit via the Internet from BellaBrite. I gave them a credit card number to charge the shipping and handling. I became busy, and unsupecting that they would make fraudulent charges to my credit card, I became negligent in thoroughly checking my statement. I trusted their word that it was a free trial. When I kept receiving shipments, I became suspicious and in February, 2012, decided to check my credit card statements and discovered they had charged my bill from the beginning, the very first month and 9 months thereafter at a total of $837.65. Today I called BellaBrite's number that was listed on my credit card statement and requested a "cancellation" as they called it and a refund of the charges. They decline my request, saying I gave them the authority to make those charges by giving them my credit card number. Which is not true.
