offering loans even to other countries. Say it is no problem to get that taken care of. Initially asking for a small Loan Collateral Deposit. Then you are charges by the bank handling the transfer a 10% loan security fee. But, told you will get most of this security fee back. After every request for money your are promised the funds will be in your account or mailed as soon as they receive the payment. Then you will get a conformation from the bank with a Tracking number.

Then after again you are told its on its way you get an email with and F.I.U letter attached stating you need to pay for this certificate to prove it is not part of a terrorist act and not part or money laundering. So after you pay that fee which appears to legal documentation you are told the F.I.U is cleared but now you have to pay a bank fee because of extra time you loan you were approved for spent in their bank. So you figure I've done all this other if Im gonna get this money have to pay this too. Then you do that and they need more money for the fees they didn't tell you about to finalize the transfer.

After you finally pay that too you are assured all is done and the money will be sent A.S.A.P ....

Then you are told by the bank after you question why the transfer has not come once again that you need to pay for the F.I.U certificate. When you show proof that has been paid you will receive no future response from anyone.
