According to the company, we were approved a $5,000 loan with good terms. Because of being high risk with a low credit score, we were told to pay a"security deposit." The money was supposed to be deposited in our account 6-8 hours after completing the necessary requirements. The money never showed up. We kept calling the company back. We would get voicemail machine. We left a few messages. Finally on Saturday evening, a lady named Desiree called back saying that the broker she was dealing with didn't want to give us the loan unless we came up with more money because we were such a risk. We said no. She said that they would have close the file before we could get a our money back. She gave us this supposed apology for the broker treating us in such a way. She also said that it would 10 days for the return. We have been calling and leaving messages at 1-866-554-8863 Ext. 48 which is for Ms. Desiree and also Ext. 63 which is for Michelle McCord. We have emailed as well. Still no return calls from them or emails. I don't understand why people like this would take from others in need. We used what we had trying to get all of what we needed. Major set back!
