Medio November I signed a contract with Galaxyscriptz.com (now pennyauctiondesignteam.com) re. a pennyauction script to be delivered 30/11. The 30/11 they told me they didn't want to full fill the contract and they refunded the money. They told me that they had disagreements within their staff. I was then contracted by their coder who said that he almost finished so if I paid 650 usd he would upload his work within a week. I paid - but once again no delivery.

They just cut all contacts. What is really confusing is that they use a lot of different Skype names, email addresses, domain names, Paypal accounts - but they are all from the same company maybe even the same person. They disappear from skype and change email adresses.

The companynames I've seen them using until now: galaxyscriptz.com, quibidsclonesoft.com, pennyauctiondesignteam.com, pennyauctionclones.com, hostgecko.com, infinityscriptz.com and now pennyauctiondesignteam.com.

They are also showing at Flippa.com. It's very confusing - you think you talk to several different persons form the company - but they are all one and same person.

They are always using privacyprotect.org so you can't follow them on whois. Except for pennyauctionsclones.com here they have their address listed.

  • Pennyauctiondesignteam.com has no afiliations with you this customer posting, or and of those sites that this person has listed. Pennyauctiondesignteam.com is a new company we haven't even finished listing our products yet. The only reason I saw this post was because I was check my new sites Seo. Then I come across this. We haven't even had a customer yet? Who are you and why are you posting lies and slandering my company? What ever your issue is with whoever, please take it up with them and leave my company name out of it.

    Yes, so I contacted this guy Williams (has many names: buckelldesigns, Buckdesigns, or one of his so called company names: pennyauctiondesignteam.com, hostinggroupie.com, http://www.galaxyscriptz.com

    I intended to buy a script from him, get him to edit and customize it, do the SEO etc, give me hosting and domain, install it and promote it. He promised to do all these within 10 days, and said that he will work on weekends to get it done before May 2013. He promised that I will be earn through the site by 20th May 2013. Before signing up with him, I sent him a link of the complains on this site, and he told me they have been resolved, and I should read Terrys review etc. I fell for this, and signed up with him, only to burn my fingers. As yet, the only thing he gave me was a script full of bugs, and has not even installed it. Thus, today being 14 June 2013, please do not trust these guys and fall for reviews which they write themselves. I was deceived by this william (buckdesigns) and told that the complaints against him are false. Please dont let him deceive you. I lost $1500, if you have money to loose, then you can let him try to convince you that all these are false. Yes, after two months, come write your complaint here, , when you see that he will delete you from skype, ignore your emails, and not give you anything.

    Apparantly, with all this stolen money, he is working on a new project (as he told me). We hope that he looses more money with this project, and trust that he will not succeed. We also hope that he does not come with a new name and steal from many more.

    This guy is s thieve and a great liar. Beware of him.

    Note: I have sent over 50 emails to their support team, but no answer at all.

  • Ismail is a Nigerian who tried to send us a spoof email on ebay to try to get a VPS and had his ebay account suspended we suspended his site license because we have a zero tolerence for attempted fraud. Gitte lund hendrickson Aka xconfused wwe resolved this matter with you, you even posted this was resolved. You tried to hire one of our freelancers behind our back and that freelancer didn't do the work. How is that our problem? Ismail you where making threats to my staff and was verbally abusive. We tried every possible way to give you proper support. When you demanded we give you free hosting, and tried to fraud us out with a spoof email ( I can show proof of him getting his account suspended for trying to fraud us out ) Gitte we refunded you, and you went and hired one of our freelancers which you claim works for us. You went and hired this guy behind our backs. We are not responsible for a freelancer you fired not doing your work for you. I am willing to work with you to try and resolve your issues. But know this, That Ismail guys main reason for having his license suspended was for being verbally abusive to my female staff via skype. We tried to continue to work with him. we gave him his source code and sent him on his way. He continued to demand that we set up a new server that he rented because his attempted fruad through ebay failed. We refused to set up his server because he had attempted to fraud us.

  • We have over 250 happy customers who all have bought through us and are very satisfied. I can line them all up and have them all post here about how satisfied they are. My staff do great jobs. We have 2 cases of un happy people one for trying to hire one of my freelancer staff who was fired for stealing our customers ( Gitte being one of them ) The other for attempting to fraud us and threatening my staff. We have a zero tolerence policy for fraud attempts and charge back attempts your site license will be suspended for that. We are reponsible for building some of the biggest and most successful penny auction sites on the internet. We do have competitors posing as customers and posting fake complaints however, these two people are varified real past customers who are apparently unhappy. Xconfused had actually posted that the matter was resolved. I know you are looking at this Ismail comment and trying to bring up your old complaint. We do make every attempt to resolve any issues or complaints.

  • Firstly, William knows well that I'm not Nigerian,

    Secondly, Yes, the issue of ebay was due to this:

    I met Buckdesigns on ebay and he invited me to chat via skype. After explaining what I want and requesting that he adjusts the ebay listing, he conned me into using paypal, stating that I will be 'covered'. Being my first site, I did not know that paypal does not cover services. After 2 months when I saw the work is not delivered, I tried to purchase it from ebay, and show the paypal receipt as proof. However, it was too late.

    Thirdly, why would a person pay $1500 to 'rip off' a company??? I am the one who paid, so in what way am I committing fraud? pennyauctiondesignteam are stealing the money from me.

    Fourthly, I never spoke to any female staff, I always only spoke to William.

    Lastly, my points are mentioned, if you want to believe a robber, you are free to sign up with these guys. However, when they rip you off, dont forget to post your comment here.

    In conclusion, I have my paypal invoice to prove that I paid for the VPS, for the hosting and so much more. However, I got nothing in return.

    I am willing to resolve this issue, if William is so sincere.

  • Ok William - you know the money was sent to YOUR Paypal account - so you received the money and no script or service has been delivered. You even posted a complainT against me even that i haven't sold anything to you. If you want a solid and honest business online, you should return the money received asap. Thanks....
