This company has taken £59.94 from my bank account today, I have little income as it is and am now going to be struggling severely, can't say I've even heard of the company before, let alone given them my bank details! When I called they just told me that I had to write to them to remove my subscription and that they wouldn't be giving me the money back.

- this happened to a friend of mine 2 days ago.phone Action Fraud 0300 1232040,get a crime number.give it to the bank and tell them you want your money back,they have to prove you authorised it.go to the police,change your bank card tomorrow to make sure they cannot get back,my friend has been hit twice
