I went to the website and began to place my order. Before the total came up the screen displayed a message that the order was being processed. In stead of the total for one Furniture Fix I was charged with two Furniture Fix products. I called to cancel the order and was told that it was alread being shipped. I told the person that I had never placed and order and had it shipped right after I had made the purchase. When the order arrived I did not open it and took it to the post office the very next day and returned it. I called today 8/2/11 and was told that it has not arrived and would take about 2 -3 weeks to complete the process and get my refund.
DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
