Like everyone else, ordered free samples of bio slim and bio clense only had to pay the postage. Just received the samples today they were ordered over a month ago, then two weeks after they had taken out the postage for the postage They took more money out of my credit card. I have now cancelled my card, apparently my bank said to me I wasn't the only one that day due to these people, but that doesn't make you feel any better I still feel rather stupid for giving out my details on the computer. I didn't even get the company name or contact details but paid American dollars and the item was sent from Sweden ????? Never Again

I have bank statements with the biller codes that were used etc but I never got a company name on my bill

  • Found Via consumer affairs the terms and conditions of sale for this scam. Search Bioslim Terms and Conditions in your browser. Read part 8 and do this. The number here is in Australia. In short if you complain within 30 days of your credit card bill they agree to refund. BUT YOU HAVE TO COMPLAIN... Been told my refund is coming by cheque (I cancelled my credit card).
    8. BILLING ERRORS

    If you believe that you have been billed in error, please notify our Customer Care Department at
    02 91912796 immediately. If we do not hear from you within 30 days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, the billing will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You are deemed to have released Yknot Global, Ltd. from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to Yknot Global, Ltd. within thirty (30) days of its appearance on your credit card account statement.

  • FYI... They keep send stuff out and don't cancel if you just return to sender. They have a returns procedure. Ring Customer Care on the numbers provided in this group and demand an RNA number for every single shipment item. IE...if you get Bioslim and Biocleanse you need two numbers. You mark this number boldly and clearly on the external packaging for their shipments and return it to the address they give you on the phone which is PO Box 2999, Riverton, Utah 84065, USA. There is a long winded conversation to go through but you have to do it - they won't authorise the refund until they receive the product back USING THIS EXACT PROCESS.
    Remember you need a new RNA number for every item shipped individually. they make it so difficult in the hopes people will be too frustrated to bother - but if you don't bother you don't get the refund. They're sly bastards.
