i dont know how they got my bank details i was only looking for a small payday loan and they said they would give us a loan just to give them our bank details for a credit check and things i knew this normal and i knew they cant take nothing without me agreeing to it but anyway i never got the loan or just stopped trying,and i had forgot all about it and i got a crisis loan from the goverment as iam on dss disabilty allowance and i discoverd in the morning that this place has took £69.95 out my bank and it was a crisis loan which i needed badly and the bank say they cant do nothing about it.so where do i go from here to get my cash back
