I replied to an ad for facee cream, whereby you paid only postage which was around £5. However, when my statement came they had charged me 74.95 and 79.99 for each sample. My credit card company say they can do nothing to help because as soon as you order your 'samples' you are caught in whats called a rolling contract which they can keep taking money from for as long as they like. I have not been able to contact this company, they simply have disappeared. Please help as I am afraid they will take another payment this month and there doesnt appear to be anything I can do.
