In October 2011 i responded to a advert for a free trial of the Lean Slim Ultra product, the only cost was $4.95 package and posting. Immediatly afterwards i cancelled the subscription, Lean Slim acknowledge that cancellation 4 days later but well within the 14 day cancellation period. Ten days later they debited $89.95 from my credit card. I complained to my bank, Santander, they recovered the money, but now following representation from Lean Slim they intend to give them back the money, despite evidence from Lean Slim that they have a 14 day cancellation period and evidence from me (submitted twice) showing Lean Slim's acknowledgement of my cancellation within the 14 day period. It seems I cannot win even cancelling within the 14 days isn't sufficient to stop money being debited. Even Santander Bank seems to be supporting the scam.
