Complaint 84017 Details

I was in need of a loan for $5000.00. Custom Credit Service advertisment stated
that they stand 100% behind it's guarantee. You will be approved for up to the amount you request from these lenders collectively.

I received links for 10 lenders, 2 of the lenders were finance companies that could not approve me for the loan. 4 lenders were credit card companies (which is not a personal loan as I requested), 1 lender was a payday loan and the other 3 lenders were banks that I needed to apply for in person.

When I notified them I was declined and requested my refund. I received the following email - If you are having difficulty receiving an approval, please do not give up hope! Applying for and receiving a loan or line of credit can be a
difficult and lengthy process.

If you are not approved you will receive a full refund. If you are only
approved for a part of what you asked for, then you will receive a prorated
refund. But we need documentation to know exactly who approved you and who
didn't.

If you already have an existing account with a lender, then it is not a
problem. If you make a formal refund request then just provide a copy of an
account statement that is 2-3 months old.

If you have applied already with a lender within the past 6 months then you
do not need to apply with them again. Just provide a copy of the inquiry
page of your credit report.

If a lender does not service your area, then just forget about them and move
on.

Please follow the proper refund instructions which means please provide
documentation of all approval/denials from each lender or supply the
acceptable documentation or reason for not applying to a lender as per your
instructions. Copies of the documents must be MAILED to the refund dept. as
per your instructions.

There was no refund instruction shown until I requested a refund. They are a scam and they are taking money from people who are in need of money.

I just want my $125.00 returned to me
