Complaint 8390 Details

The date is a guess but the gist of it is,I was led into a website some how that offered penny bids for big items,I thought that when I gave my credit card # to them it was to be used in case I won a bid,but then recieves a bill for 99.00 dollars on my card,I contacted bidrack several times only to get the same answer ever time stateing that I agreed to buy a bid pack for 99.00 and that there policy was no refunds,they only would give me free bids of course the only things I could ever win was cheap garbage that takes for ever to recieve and some of it has come out of singapore,there whole bussiness is based on deciet and fraudulent activity as I see it,I contacted them lots of times with no satisfaction,only more bids,I must admit I used there bids that they gave because they stated specifically no refunds.they intice you to bid on products that you want but can never win,then they tell you to bid on lesser items until you get the way they work,I notified them several times even to the point of letting them know that I had never heard of a company that would take my bids and money weather I won the bid or not,thats not bidding thats stealing and that I wanted to be removed from there system,same answer we do not give refunds,but here are some more bids,no one to talk to in person only trough email,I let them know that any bids that I have ever placed any where else if you did not win the bid you were not penalised for not winning,you just did not win you did not still have to forfiet your money to them,same reply no refunds but to keep you happy have some more free bids but we usually dont do this,as if they were doing me a favor.no one in customer service to talk to and no customer service satisfaction,I paid for my junk recieved 2 out of four items only to see that it is cheap garbage,they owe me my 99.00 dollars back but obviously there is know body in this company that can over ride a computer,please help me get my money back if possibble and get rid of this fake bidding company,if you are any kind of a gambler,they gottcha and they know it.cuddos to any one who has ever seen a refund from these people, show me how to get my money back from bid rack.
