Northrop, Winslow, & Partners along with Capital Reporting Partners

I was originally sent a letter in early February saying I was entered into a drawing for being a Visa/Mastercard owner, and to call and register my ID number given. I did so, listened to their speech (to buy magazines and get "free" watches, which I declined) and was told I was entered into the drawing. Within two weeks, I started receiving letters from the same company (Capital Reporting Partners) with some very convincing looking documents. Every day I would receive one or more for different amounts, all guaranteeing over $2 million if I sent in my $20 processing fee. I made copies of everything and kept receipts, but sent in by UPS the documents and money orders they asked for; each $20. One even said that it was held under penalty of Nevada state law. Since then, I have been receiving a new letter daily from CRP and Northrop, Winslow, & Partners. Each one more convincing looking than the last. I believe this to be a serious felony and am wondering why they have not been stopped yet. With so many complaints and damages, why doesn't the government protect it's people from these thieves? How are they getting away with this? I never received any "payment" from them and probably never will. I'm a single mother with two children to raise and that $170 was a lot of money to me. I hope that these fraud companies will be stopped someday and that justice be served to everyone who has been hurt by them.
