A while ago i ordered 'free samples' of products from this company, the next day i cancelled everything with them, after i slept on it. They told me my whole order would be cancelled but they will send some samples anyway, and assured me they would not charge me any money again. After trying the skincare range my skin became sore and blotchy! Furthermore they have taken a total of around £70 within 2 months out of my account. I have tried ringing the number provided but it is unknown. I have sent e-mails but with no reply. I do not know how i can cancel them taking money, or getting my money back. Any Advice most welcome.
