I went on-line to order 2 headsets (the second set was supposed to be free with only a S & H charge of $7.95). You are required to fill in your credit card info prior to seeing the invoice (I should have smelled something right there!) Then the invoice pops up on the screen with $31.80 in S & H charges! You cannot cancel or edit the order. I tried the phone number they provide on-line and it was useless...no person to talk to or a way of canceling your order. I plan on contesting this fee on my credit card and will refuse the product when shipped.
