As I've seen several other have posted here - I paid $2.95 to CARVINCHECKS.COM,SALT LAKE CIT,UT, for a car report - Report returned NO information yet a report from carfax.com came back with 14 records on the same vin#. A couple of days later - my paypal account was hit for $29.95 from PROPERTYHOUSEVALUE.COM,SALT LAKE CIT,UT.
