On december 20,2011 I bought a phone form unpnext wireless and when i got home about 4days later my phone started to give me problems , I called the store and spoke to a female employee and i told her what was wrong with my phone ( FREEZE,BATTERY KEPT DYING,COULDNT CALL OUT OR IN) so i asked her to give me a different phone and she said NO and to just use'' advance task killer'' so i did,and it didnt work so i spoke to the manager ''JOHN CHAN'' who then said he would send my phone to the mainland to get fixed so i said okay. He sent my phone and 1 month later i got it back way worse then what it was . I have my papers that says if i bring my phone back before 7days i could have got a new phone. I asked john chan why was i denied my 7day rights and he couldnt give me a good answer. The female employee who was present said she didnt know anything about the 7day warrenty. So long story short , they sold me a defective phone.
