I meet wayne through a former church member and wayne is a minister.I told him I had a 1998 Mazda 626 that the engine needed to be rebuilt.He told me he can and will repair the engine.He asked for $1100.00 upfron to purchase the parts for the car.To this day he had not repaired the car nor refunded any of my monies.I went to small claims court in feb 2011.Judge Potkins told me I did not give him enough time to repair the car and Judge potkins did not rull on the case.I can't find any attorney to take my case.Wayne called me on 27 feb 2012 and said he had conducted bad business and he would refund my money.I have not heard anything from him sense.Don't trust this fellow and don't do any business with him.I am not the first nor last person he has done this to.
