i bought a chicken coop for 200 bucks and he did the same thing to me as the others that were scammed!! kept coming up with excuses why it was late and after the 45 day limit from paypal it was too late.. Paypal should be liable for this since they have a reputible company and also insured. they allowed this scumbag to set up an account and didnt do their do diligence to authenticate it!!
this is the first time paypal has let me down!
very very disappointed in this company!!
