I bought their product, which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive via America even though the compan is based in Watford. I cancelled on the date the product arrived. I have just found out the company has charged me £92.61 even though I cancelled within 14days of receipt of the product. They took the money from my credit card only 3 days after I received the product.

- I also ordered ReLift xs on Feb 11th 2012. As it did not give me a confirmation number I actually thought the payment did not go through and it was not what I would expect when ordering online. No reference no. or anything to confirm. I came out to check my email to see if there was a confirmation and as I could not remember the name of the cream I forgot about it until it turned up in the post in an envelope with no paperwork so I took it that the payment did go through. However I found out tonight that my account was charged for a sum of around £90.00 on 26th Feb. Does anyone have the email address and number to cancel? Like everyone else I was not aware there was any further charges than the £5.10. I am furious and need to stop further charges. I also bought Argan essence oil, another trial the same night for £5.99 and was charged £86 since. I was able to cancel that tonight and had an email confirming this. But I am lost as to what to do about ReLiftxs. I did email [email protected] and am awaiting a reply. Strange how they have cs and not xs!! Has anyone tried this email address with success?
