At 4:32 pm EST, March 2, 2012, I received a text message on my AT&T cell phone stating that I just won a $1,000 gift card from Walmart. The message told me to go to this link
www.prizeconfirm.com and enter the following confirmation code 87323. At the end of the message is said to text Stop which I did. I did go to the link and found out it was bogus. I also went to another link that deals with scam texts and filed a complaint there as well. I hope that by pressing stop I will not be charged or harrassed by other bogus company offers such as this one.
