My recent CenturyLink bill was higher ($13.97 including taxes) than the normal monthly charge . I was livid when I found the third party charges from I Tech PC Solutions via ILD Teleservices (the middle-man). I immediately spoke with Lisa (the CenturyLink rep) to dispute the charge and put a third party block on my line. As a small business owner, I asked how CenturyLink could pass on fraudulent charges to its customers (besides the obvious economic incentive)--didn't get a good answer...just excuses that they were just passing charges on (right...). I've just now received my February bill that shows the I Tech/ILD charge gone, but shows a $10 late fee plus the difference in last month's bill (the "crammed" charge) that I did not pay. I will waste more time, call and complain to CenturyLink, and get these charges removed. I will threaten to expose their fraudulent practices on facebook, twitter, Youtube and whatever online forums that will get the truth out. I will also file a complaint with the FL Attorney General's office and remind CenturyLink about their previous Voluntary Compliance Agreement (with the State of FL)regarding limiting illicit 3rd party charges.
