I agreed to purchase an Ipod for $1.52. The ad said I could cancell at any time. This was for a penny auction opportunity. They billed me $39.99, then $69.99. I cancelled 1/6/12.
They refunded my $69.99.
On 2/1/12 Ziinga charged my account $99.99. I contacted them numerous times and was told this had been sent to the billing department for correction. I spoke with the people in London where Ziinga is located. I was told I could not talk with a manager. I was told their policy was that they have 30 days to refund the $99.99.
On 3/1/12 instead of refunding my $99.99, they took another $99.99 out of my account.
I went to my bank. The bank called and spoke with them. They said their was a request in the billing department to refund my $99.99 f 2 months.
The [people at Ziinga told my bank that I agreed to the purchase in fine print and the account does not close until 3/30/12 even though I cancelled in January 2012.
